Qualifications

  • All applicants must be 18 years or older
  • Must have own computer device/laptop and headset
  • All applicants must pass a 7 year background check
  • Applicants are responsible for their background check fee of $30 (Good for 36 months)

Registration Process:

  • After submitting initial information and signing documents
  • Text- “Pending” to 813-658-3600 to have your application approved faster
  • Your application will go to ”Finalization” status (a recruiter will approve)
  • Once “finalized” you can complete your assessment
  • The 30 min assessment includes customer service questions, personality, and a verbal English language Proficiency section
  • Once completed you will see opportunities you qualify under Client opportunities in portal

Information on Your New Role

Your Role

Agent

As an agent you are a 1099 Independent Customer Service Provider.

  • Not a W2 employee
  • We do not take out any State or Federal taxes
  • You are your own boss!

Contractor

As a 1099 Contractor you are responsible for all fees associated with your positions such as:

  • Background check ($30)
  • Equipment
  • Internet provider
  • Service fee ( to utilize platform)

Part-time Vs Full- Time

  • As an independent Contractor you have full control on what days, when (morning, afternoon, evening) and how long you would like to work.
  • Clients require minimum of 15 hours weekly in order to maintain position
  • No Paid time off or Health benefits provided

Selecting Your Client

Each client has an opportunity announcement listed in the portal when available. If you are interested it is your responsibility to review the opportunity in its entirety before agreeing to ensure it best suits your needs. Opportunities are posted daily and as spots are filled they are removed from portal.

The opportunity announcements in your portal will detail the following:

  • What’s expected from you as an agent
  • Background check
  • Certification requirements and Metrics
  • Certification Duration
  • Equipment needs

Certification

  • Certification Training is a duration of 2-5 weeks depending on the client. Average training is 2-3 weeks
  • Training days are roughly 4 hours per day
  • Certification is unpaid, however some classes will have a “Learn while you earn” system implemented. During this period you will be paid and gaining your certifications while taking live calls.

Dropping a Client

  • It is imperative that you attend your first day of training, otherwise you will be charged a $20 fee by the client and dropped from the program. (Client opportunity)
  • If you are dropped or drop from a program you must wait 30-60 days before enrolling in an new opportunity.

Note: If you drop two courses within a 60 day may result in being removed from the program.

The $20 course deposit fee is refunded once you attend class.
